My home of 12 years is very comfortable, fully furnished with reverse cycle air conditioning throughout, set in a quiet bushland neighbourhood with a tranquil garden where you can relax. In June 2019 I repainted the interior and laid new carpet.
The location is very convenient to buses to Sydney CBD via M2, Macquarie Park and Beecroft railway station. Parramatta, Carlingford and M2 access east and west are a quick drive away. With the North Connex due to open in 2020, it will be a quick escape heading north out of Sydney. Excellent location for North Connex contractors.
The bedroom is set at one end of the house, is furnished with a queen bed and ample storage in both drawers and built in wardrobe. My boarder would be welcome to make the bedroom their own and leave items over the weekend. Adjacent to the bedroom is the main bathroom for your sole use. There are two living areas, two TVs to share (one with Foxtel) and tidy fully equipped kitchen. You would be welcome to use the dining room table as a work desk.
I work part time and live a healthy active lifestyle. If you like someone to cook for you, I am happy to do an evening meal for my lodger.
My ideal lodger would be a non smoker, a quieter person but someone ready for the odd conversation. I would prefer a minimum 4 night/maximum 5 night a week stay and can offer room only or part board basis paid on a per night basis.
