  • Register as a landlord (it’s free and easy!)
  • Verify your email
  • Select ‘New Listing’ on the dashboard. From there, it’s a simple four-step process:
  1. Create your listing and decide whether you want to list your room for short term lets (up to 3 months), long term lets (3+ months), or you’re open to both
  2. Review your listing
  3. Select your payment option – Premium or Basic (see pricing)
  4. Confirm your listing and start receiving messages from potential lodgers
  5. View Lodger Ads now for possible matches!
